Please use your laptop or computer to download your purchased mp3 audio files. Saving directly to tablet and mobile is difficult.

When you buy downloadable products like ebooks and audio files, after successful payment through PayPal you will be directed to a page where you will see a summary of your purchase and a Download button. You will have one week to download your purchase and then the link will no longer work. You can come back and download your files during that time, by logging in to your customer account.

You should also receive an email containing a Download link. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email. Note: we have noticed that users with a Hotmail address experience more difficulties than other people. If you have an alternative email address, we recommend you use it. Otherwise, you will be able to log back in to your customer account and access the download link there.

If you purchase an audio file and clicking the link just makes the audio play through your browser, try right-clicking the Download button, and then choosing the option to download or copy the file to your computer, so that you have a copy or your purchase.
